Project renderings: Drawings generated by modeling software to represent photo real images of the house.
Site plan: Measured and scaled drawing of a view of the house from above. Includes the house footprint and roofs, driveways and parking areas, landscaping and minimal property dimensions.
Floor plans: Measured and scaled drawing of the interior layout of the house as seen from above. Includes exterior and interior walls, doors and windows, furniture and appliances, dimensions and finishes.
Exterior elevations: Measured and scaled drawing of the external appearence of the house as seen at ground level from the north, south, west and east.
Sections: Measured and scaled drawing of a vertical plane cut of the house, showing the internal arrangement and relationship between different levels.
Electrical plans: Proposed placement of lighting fixtures, switches and electrical outlets.
Window and door schedules: Quantity and size of doors and windows.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once you download your design, deliver all the house plans to at least three different building contractors in order to get the best construction price. Your selected contractor will be in charge of all structural engineering and building permit paperwork.
